Summary of Discussions:

  1. The provisional renewal of KVP NGO’s 12A & 80G certificates for another four years (FY 2027-2028) has been successfully completed. This noteworthy accomplishment was led by Mr. Puran Jha, with valuable support from Mr. Rajan Jha.
  2. KVP is poised to expand its project scope beyond Karmauli while maintaining its involvement in select activities within the Karmauli community.
  3. The composition of the KVP Board will undergo a review in compliance with the regulations outlined in the Memorandum of Association (MoA). Additionally, efforts will be made to enhance gender diversity on the Board by including female members. Mr. Puran Jha has been entrusted by the KVP Board to oversee necessary actions in this regard.
  4. KVP is initiating a proposal to introduce ambulance services in rural areas to address the issue of patients succumbing to medical emergencies before reaching the hospital. Mr. Mukul Jha has been assigned the task of gathering pertinent data and information, including the death rate attributed to the lack of ambulance availability in Karmauli and its vicinity.
  5. KVP will explore the feasibility of offering scholarships in rural areas as well as in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).
  6. A proposal to establish a shelter home for students in the Delhi NCR region, among other projects, is under consideration by KVP.
  7. Mr. Rajan Jha has been authorized by the KVP Board to review ongoing projects and their objectives, and to take necessary actions accordingly.
  8. The Board has been briefed on KVP’s donation income and expenditure related to ongoing projects.
  9. The KVP NGO website, containing relevant information, has been launched and will be regularly updated. The website link is www.kvpindia.org.
  10. Form 10BD has been updated with donations received from April 2023 to March 2024. Mr. Puran Jha will ensure its upload to the Income Tax website to facilitate the issuance of receipts to donors.
  11. A resolution has been passed to enable Internet Banking facilities with IMPS/NEFT/RTGS.
  12. A proposal has been put forward to utilize the Canva application for graphic design, providing students with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills, thus enriching their learning experience.

State-of-the-Art KVP Library and Computer Lab

14-May-2023 :-

State-of-the-art KVP Library and KVP Computer Lab formally inaugurated by Karmauli Vikas Parishad at Karmauli Village in Madhubani, Bihar in the presence of Sh. Kamlakant Jha, Sh. Arun Thakur, Sh. Kripanath Jha, Ravindra Thakur ji, Sh. Bipin Thakur ji, Rajan Jha ji, Mukul Jha ji, Laxmi Jha ji, Bhagwan Jha ji(up- mukhiya ji) , Sanjay Ram ji (Mukhiya ji), Madhav Jha ji, Roshan Jha ji, Prabhas Jha ji and few other peoples.

Total 65 students from 3-4 villages have registered for Free Computer Training on Day 1 and first session on Computer Fundamentals delivered today by Mr. Rajan Jha (Deputy Manager, Nucleus Software).

KVP Scholarship Project in Delhi NCR

6th Aug 2023, New Delhi:-

Karmauli Vikas Parishad (KVP)® registered at All India level after running multiple projects in rural areas in Bihar, launched KVP Scholarship Project 2023 today i.e. 6th August 2023 at Jawaharlal Lal Nehru National Youth Centre, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, New Delhi,110002 at 3 p.m.

Scholarship of ₹12,000 has been given to all 10 Students Guardian through cheque(₹12000×10=₹1,20,000) for education purpose of the child living in Delhi NCR.

Out of 10 students, 6 students were Orphan and didn’t have father and remaining 4 students were having financial problem in family to continue education and are meritorious child.

You will be glad to know that scholarship amount have been received in family who are working as Labourer, Cycle repair shops, Fruit Vendor, No source of income, etc. and were having difficulty in continuing student education.

KVP Scholarship amount was given to selected students today by Hon’ble President of KVP – Mr. Arun Jha, General Secretary – Mr. Puran Jha, Jt. Secretary – Mr. Ravindra Thakur, Treasurer- Mr. Rajan Jha, Mr. Govind Jha, Mr. Nasib Lal Pandit, Mr. Santosh Jha, Mr. Sanjeet Thakur and Mr. Nitish Jha
